Account Manager Dublin - Hospitality / Digital Media Agency

Management and development of our hotel and hospitality key accounts located in Ireland. The successful candidate will manage existing hotel clients to achieve business results in line with the corporate goals relating to profitability and increasing market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage allocated key accounts, ensuring continuity of service exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop, implement and achieve a business plan with specific targets to manage and grow market share and profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with current and new customers.
  • Build business opportunities with current and existing customers.
  • Assist customers at various stages of business, offering choice of solutions.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to position the Company for further growth.
  • Introduce new products and service initiatives to customers.
  • Provide performance reports and metrics at review meetings, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement, and subsequent execution of action plans.
  • To identify and feedback market and competitor information that will enhance total performance of the business.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Masters in hospitality or marketing.
  • Significant and established hospitality experience within a similar responsibility for negotiating service contracts.
  • Outstanding presence with enthusiastic and self-motivated demeanor, excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative personality with strong bias for both idea generation and execution.

Location - Sandyford, Dublin 18
Payment - Negotiable DOE
Terms - Permanent, Full-time
