    • Suitable for candidates currently working within the hotel industry in any of the following departments; Revenue, Reservations or Sales & Marketing, this role is to proactively manage a portfolio of both existing and new clients to ensure that our business with them is profitable and continues to grow in line with our sales and KPI targets.

      Duties & Responsibilities

      - To proactively manage a portfolio of both existing and new clients.

      - To lead & own all client communication for your portfolio through email, calls and meetings.

      - To report back to clients and assist in the growth of your client portfolio's direct online business.

      - Contribute to Net Affinity’s overall sales target through achievement of your own sales target / KPIs.

      - Provides second level support to client portfolio by addressing and resolving customer reported queries relating to online revenue performance / booking engine and website set up / booking engine usability and other issues or queries that may arise and Work collaboratively with clients to resolve all issues reported.

      - Work with internal groups including Performance media, design, accounts, IT and development teams to provide resolution to reported issues / queries from clients.

      - Keep all client contacts and profiles up to date.

      - Keep clients up to date with latest product development and cross promote our services.

      - Guide all new clients in your portfolio through the Net Affinity Systems and partake in client training sessions new and existing clients on applications functionality and updates.

      - Maintain performance KPIs as defined by management.

      - Manage contracts and renewals of hotel clients and ensure all hotel information on your portfolio is kept up to date.

      - Report back on competitor activity.

      - To contribute to and influence the direction and development of our business and growth.

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      Min 1 Years in hotel industry in either a management role, marketing or revenue management.

    • Education and Experience

      Primary degree in either Hotel Management, Marketing or other Business-related degree areas.

    • Additional Experience

      Proficient in English & Clean Driving
