We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing strategy team. If you are a tech-savvy professional and experienced in PPC and social media campaign management, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate can develop and manage strategies for high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms. You should be a ‘people person’ with excellent communication skills and someone who is really excited about all things digital marketing and will be up to date with innovations and the latest ad formats.
You will report to our Digital Marketing Strategy Team Lead and will have the direct support to develop your professional skills. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on campaign management experience, someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you will work on a variety of tasks across multiple clients each day.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist your main responsibilities will be:
- Create, optimise & report on campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta
- Extract meaningful data-led insights to inform campaign decisions
- Manage relationships and communication with clients
- Develop strategies and proposals to increase existing client activity and win new clients
- Liaise with our SEO, Conversion Optimisation, Design and Development teams to maximise results for clients
Must Haves:
- Min 1 year hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience in GA4
- Experience managing campaigns across social platforms
- Proven record of client-facing experience in a marketing role
- Excellent communicator
- Numerically literate
Nice to Haves:
- AI literate
- SEO experience
- Excel skills
- Knowledge of or experience in the hospitality industry
