William Cotter

Founder & Managing Director, Net Affinity

Founder & CEO of Net Affinity Limited, a travel technology company, providing SaaS-based technology solutions for independent and group hotels across Europe. With a keen interest in travel tech, William has played a crucial role in the development of Net Affinity's own sophisticated client-centric SaaS products and is particularly interested in how this breed of technology will continue to influence where the hotel technology space goes in the future to meet the needs of the ever-evolving consumer.

Elaine Kelly

Group Projects & Systems Manager, Galgorm Collection

As Group Projects & Systems Manager at Galgorm Collection, Elaine specialises in the strategic sourcing and implementation of digital solutions with the goal of driving efficiency and enhancing guest experiences. With a dedicated 12-year tenure at Galgorm Collection, Northern Ireland's premier collection of hotels, spas and restaurants, Elaine has contributed to the organisation's growth and adaptation. The first five years were spent as the Rooms Division Manager, where a focus on operational efficiency left a positive impact. Then moving to a systems focused role in 2016, Elaine took on the challenge of spearheading a digital transformation during a period of strategic growth, moving Galgorm Collection towards a paperless, digitally focused future. A crucial transition as the business began to expand from a single resort property into it's now three hotels, and two restaurants.

Cian McDonagh

Group Director of Digital Strategy, MHL Hotel Collection

Cian is the Group Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing for MHL Hotel Collection, with overall responsibility for the digital output, digital transformation and marketing for all 13 hotels in the group. Cian leads a team of 12 people based across Dublin, Galway and Limerick. Prior to his role in MHL, Cian worked in the Banking and Telecoms sectors and has been part of a number of award-winning marketing and digital campaigns, including Cannes Gold and Bronze Lions.

Allan Nelson

Co-Founder & CEO at For-Sight

Allan, Founder, CEO, and Board Director of For-Sight, is a leading voice in transforming the hospitality industry. With a strong passion for technology, Allan advocates for the strategic use of first-party data, CRM technology, and targeted marketing to drive revenue for hotels. Under his leadership, For-Sight delivers innovative solutions to support hotels in building guest engagement, growing revenue, and fostering guest loyalty.
In addition to his role at For-Sight, Allan actively contributes to industry conversations, participating in talks and discussions with peers for over 20 years now. His engagement in these conversations reflects not only his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends but also his dedication to fostering innovation and progress in the ever-evolving world of hospitality.

Andrew Kavanagh

Group Sales and Marketing Manager, FBD Hotels & Resorts

Andrew began his career in hospitality as Sales Manager at Irish OTA, CentralR.com, later opening their Asia Pacific office in Sydney. He then returned to Dublin working in a range of sales and marketing roles in several Dublin properties before becoming Director of Sales & Marketing at Castleknock Hotel in 2008. In March 2019, Andrew became Group Head of Sales and Marketing at FBD Hotels & Resorts, an Irish owned group of 6 hotels, 4 in Ireland and 2 in Spain.

Data-driven hospitality expert who believes in the power of data collection, analysis, and modelling as pivotal elements in cultivating a sustainable revenue culture amidst ever-changing market landscapes.

Ted Robinson

Managing Director, Barberstown Castle

Ted Robinson, Managing Director of Barberstown Castle started off his career in hospitality nearly 30 years ago. Born and raised in Maynooth, Ted discovered his passion for the hotel industry at a very young age coming from a family of hoteliers. Ted studied Hotel management at Shannon College of Management and as part of his training he travelled+ all over the world gaining invaluable experience. After graduating from Shannon College Ted secured a contract playing with Connacht Rugby at the age of 22 another one of his passions in life. While playing with Connacht for 7 years Ted was also able to continue working in the hospitality sector when off the pitch. When he left rugby in 2008 he returned to hospitality full-time becoming the General Manager of the Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth, where he stayed for 11 years and developed the hotel from 3 star status to 4 star. In October 2021 Ted left the Glenroyal Hotel and set off on a new adventure becoming the Managing Director of the beautiful, historic Barberstown Castle Hotel a 4-star hotel set in the countryside in Straffan, Co. Kildare.

Mark Scott-Lennon

Managing Director, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel

I achieved a BA in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin. During the summer months while in college I worked abroad at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Vancouver and Gurneys Resort & Spa, Montauk, New York. After my BA, I began the management trainee course at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel where I gained valuable experience working across all departments. Whilst working as a Duty Manager and as a member of the Sales & Marketing team, I completed a master's in hospitality management at Dublin Institute of Technology.

Gemma Hynes

Client Services Director, Net Affinity

Gemma Hynes is Client Services Director at Net Affinity, a Hotel Technology company who simplify the lives of hoteliers by delivering commercial success through direct bookings for Independent, Resort and Group hotels. With almost 20 years industry experience (and 10 at Net Affinity), Gemma has extensive knowledge of revenue, marketing & sales and has worked with large hotel brands like Sheraton/IHG, as well as smaller independent properties.

Sharon Cowley

Sales Director, Net Affinity

Sharon is a proud graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management. She trained in Switzerland before taking on various management roles within the hotel industry across Europe. Sharon has spent the last 13 years as Sales Director working with Net Affinity Limited and has helped grow the company and build the Net Affinity brand into the market leading booking engine provider that it now is.

Darren Kearney

Darren is the Commercial Director at Carlton Hotel Group.
