William Cotter is Founder and CEO of Net Affinity, a travel technology company. Net Affinity provide booking technology and direct sales solutions for independent and group hotels across Europe. With a keen interest in travel tech, William has played a crucial role in the development of Net Affinity's own sophisticated client-centric products and services and is particularly interested in how booking technology will continue to meet the needs of the ever-evolving consumer.
Martin is a proven General Manager with 25+ years of experience spread across Ireland, the UK and US working for a diverse array of brands and companies with an emphasis and focus on luxury from the largest and best known brands in the world such as Hilton & Conrad, to boutique luxury collections, PLC’s and independent full service and luxury properties.
Joanna leads the sales, marketing, branding, and PR strategy for PREM Group and its subsidiary company’s Sprint Digital and Rate Wise across Ireland and the UK. She is a hotel management graduate of DIT Cathal Brugha Street Dublin and joined the company in 1996. She has held the role of General Manager in a number of hotels and has vast experience in sales, marketing, revenue management, online distribution, guest loyalty and franchising, working with the world’s largest hotel companies including Wyndham Worldwide and Intercontinental Hotel Group.
Andrew is the Customer Experience Manager at GuestJoy. He brings 14 years of experience to the startup, with a background in product design, user experience, customer experience, training and education. His experience of working in Estonia, Australia and Japan has given him the opportunity to work with a diverse range of perspectives, which is essential when serving the global clientele in the travel industry.

Harnessing her impressive knowledge in all things commercial and specialising in Revenue Management & Pricing, Oonagh provides a dynamic approach to her work, energising all her clients to cultivate greater commercial awareness and profitability. Leading teams from both organisational and stakeholder levels to generate greater revenues in their business is the cornerstone of her work.
Andrew began his career in hospitality as Sales Manager at Irish OTA, CentralR.com, later opening their Asia Pacific office in Sydney. He then returned to Dublin working in a range of sales and marketing roles in several Dublin properties before becoming Director of Sales & Marketing at Castleknock Hotel in 2008. In March 2019, Andrew became Head of Sales and Marketing at FBD Hotels & Resorts.

Started employment in 1987 with Trusthouse Forte Hotels. After many changes over the years this became Intercontinental Hotel group whom I was with for 28 years both locally and in London. In 2000 I returned to Northern Ireland and opened what was the Holiday Inn. In 2013 this was bought by the Dalata Hotel group who I worked with for 3 years. I moved to Galgorm Spa and Golf Resort in 2016 as Group Revenue Manager and currently hold the position of Revenue, Sales & Marketing Director.
Amy Horgan Group Sales & Marketing Manager of The Talbot Collection studied her undergraduate in Business in Cork Institute of Technology she then moved to Galway to complete her Masters in Marketing. Amy began her work in the hospitality industry with Dalata Hotel Group as Sales & Marketing Executive. Now with The Talbot Collection for 8 years she works on all things Revenue, Sales & Marketing.

Highly skilled in the area of Revenue Management, Wilson worked in Dubai as Revenue Manager for the Jumeriah Group for 2.5 years.
