The importance of communicating regularly with our clients has always been at the centre of how we operate at Net Affinity. The current unprecedented situation makes this no different, and perhaps makes clear communication more important than ever before. We wanted to let you know how we are responding, to offer reassurance, and to outline how we will ensure continuity of services during this very difficult time for all of us.
Our number one priority is the safety of our people. We have therefore implemented our ‘Work From Home’ policy for all staff which is effective from 16th March and in line with Government guidelines and instructions.
We will continue to serve all clients to best of our ability during the coming weeks and will continue to support our community and industry with regular updates and sharing of data and trends via email and webinars. Our purpose will be to continue to meet our clients’ business needs, whatever they may be, so please don’t hesitate to contact us as required during this time.
We will continue to put time and resources into preparing for this evolving situation, whilst maintaining our usual high level of service to all of our clients.
I hope that all of you, your colleagues and your families stay well and safe in this current unprecedented challenge we are all faced with.
William Cotter, MD at Net Affinity
