Facebook Gives Pages the Ability to Respond to Comments Privately
In an effort to help businesses manage their customer service on social media, Facebook has introduced a new admin messaging tool, allowing pages to respond to user comments privately. To encourage use of the service and fast response times, pages with high response rates and fast response times receive a “Very responsive to messages” badge on their Facebook page.
