The Net Affinity team ran (or walked, in some cases!) the annual VHI Lust for Life 10k in Phoenix Park this past Saturday. The team had an amazing time at what is one of the fastest-growing running events in Ireland. Alongside more than 4,000 other runners, we stepped out into the March chill.
Lust for Life aims to raise awareness of the importance of mental and physical wellness and looking after ourselves, while raising funds for Aware, which provides support and care for those suffering from depression or bipolar disorder. Our team had a great time raising funds for a very worthy cause, from raising money individually to the whole office taking bets on average race time (most of us got pretty close, but we had a schocking outlier bet on an average time of 3:30 - we're proud to say that didn't take home the prize!).
