- Corporate & Event Modules – Hotels can now manage event-related room blocks directly in Opera, with private booking URLs allowing guests to reserve rooms at pre-set rates that automatically update availability.
- Payments – Prepayments and deposits flow directly to the guest folio in Opera Cloud, eliminating the need for manual reconciliation and reducing errors.
- Channel Manager – Virtual credit card (VCC) transactions from OTAs can now be automated. Traditionally a daily manual process, this automation saves hotels significant time and effort while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Greater flexibility – By consolidating distribution, booking, and payment processes into a single integration, hotels can reduce third-party involvement and manage more from one trusted supplier.
